
CLIENT CHECKLIST

The following is a checklist of documents needed when submitting an application to a lender:
Identification
- Copy of your passport or birth certificate
- Copy of your Drivers Licence or Medicare card and Bank card
- Copy of your marriage certificate if applicable
Income Verification - Wage & Salary Earners
- Copies of last years Group Certificate or tax return
- Latest 3 consecutive payslips or letter from employer stating current income, start date, Gross pay and Net pay
- Copy of Centrelink statements (if applicable)
Income Verification - Self Employed
- Past two years business/company tax returns and management report.
- Past two years personal tax returns.
Income Verification - Rental Income
- Letter from Managing Estate Agent confirming actual or proposed income OR
- Statement of Rental (if rented)
Refinance Loans
- Last 6 months of loan statements of ANY loans being refinanced
- Current payout figure or loan balance
- Copy of Rates Notice
Purchase of Property
- Signed copy contract of sale
- Copy of Deposit receipt
- Last 3 months savings statements
Existing Car/Personal/Credit Cards/Other Loans
- Copy of most recent statement
First Home Buyers Applicants
- Certified copy (JP/Comm Dec witnessed) of Passport or Birth Certificate
- Certified copy of Drivers Licence
- Certified copy of the Contract of Sale
